How to withdraw your Lofty - USDC balance into Coinbase

Learn how to withdraw your Lofty - USDC balance into the Coinbase platform

Note: This feature is not available for Coinbase users who reside in New York

Now that Coinbase supports USDC on the Algorand blockchain, you can withdraw or fund your Lofty Wallet - USDC balance using this platform.

How to complete a USDC withdrawal into Coinbase

To complete a withdrawal from your Lofty account into Coinbase, you will need your Coinbase - USDCa (Algorand) wallet address, which you will find on the Coinbase platform, as follows:

1. Head to your Coinbase account and click "Receive crypto", as highlighted in red below:

2. Next, search for and select the asset you are transferring, which is USDC:

3. Now, you will select the Algorand network, which is the blockchain version Lofty supports:

4. After selecting the Algorand network, your Coinbase - USDC (Algorand) wallet address will be displayed. You can copy and paste the wallet address using the copy button highlighted:

After you have obtained your Coinbase - USDC wallet address, you can head to the Lofty Wallet section of your account to complete your USDC withdrawal.

Send USDC from your Lofty Wallet
To access your internal Lofty Wallet (which holds your USDC balance), you will head to the Wallet section of your Lofty account:

After you click into your Lofty Wallet to view your account details, click on the "Send" button located on the upper right-hand side.

After you click on "Send", you will be prompted with the following screen:

Here you will enter the recipient wallet address (your Coinbase - USDC Algorand wallet), asset being sent (USDC), and quantity.

After you have setup your withdrawal transaction, click "Preview Transfer".

You will now be presented with the transaction details. Please confirm the information displayed is correct, as the transaction can not be reversed after it has been sent.

Once confirmed, you can complete the withdrawal by clicking onto the "Send button".
