Once you create your account and verify your email address, you can stay logged in and browse everything the platform has to offer you. You can learn more about each property by clicking into them on the marketplace. You will be able to view all relevant legal documents associated with these properties including an inspection report and the original appraisal report at the time of the sale. There are also automated valuation updates for each property each month. These are all in the "Documents" tab of a property page.

Once you've chosen the property that you'd like to purchase ownership and attempt to do so, you will be prompted to fill in some information about yourself, otherwise known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

We are required by law and industry regulation to collect your name, address, date of birth, citizenship, and Social Security number to create your account. All personal data is secured with SSL on our website and stored in encrypted, non-public storage on AWS.
