Each property has a Maintenance Reserve to handle any repairs, which is typically equal to around 5% of the total property purchase price.

Repairs are handled by local contractors in the area hired by the Property Manager. All urgent repairs will be taken care of immediately, and any non-urgent repairs requested by the resident will be put up for a Governance Vote. The token holders of that property can then vote on whether they'd like the repair to be taken care of or not.

If any portion of the Maintenance Reserve is used, it will be replenished using 10% of the monthly cash flow until it is full again.

If the Maintenance Reserve is depleted and a repair must be made, then 100% of the rental income will be used to make the repair.
