Lofty token holders are able to donate their rental income to help affordable housing.

The program we work with is called Mercy Housing.

Mercy Housing is one of the nation’s largest affordable housing organizations. They participate in the development, preservation, management and/or financing of affordable, program-enriched housing across the country. They acquire and renovate existing housing, as well as develop new affordable rental properties.

To donate your rental income to charity, click the orange Withdraw button.

Once you click the Withdraw button, you will be presented with a number of options to withdraw your rental income.

Select the Donate to Charity option at the bottom of the page

You will then be able to donate all or a portion of your rental income to help affordable housing in the US.
