Properties on Lofty are managed by experienced Property Management companies elected by owners via our governance system.

Properties can also be managed by the original owner of a property that is selling a portion of their equity to investors on our marketplace.

Each property page includes specific information on the exact property manager that is responsible for managing each property.

Below are the third party property managers managing properties on the Lofty Marketplace:

Property managers take care of sourcing tenants, collecting rents, and managing repairs.

If there is an issue with a property, the property manager will reach out to Lofty and then we will either update investors on the issue or send out a governance vote.

Owners have the ability to vote to replace property managers if they wish.
